To my beloved family in faith (and football).

As anticipated, Jayden Daniels nearly led the Commanders to an upset victory of my Baltimore Ravens; but thankfully, Lamar and team were able to pull out the victory.

On the upside for Commanders fans; the Commanders scored an impressive victory when it came to the Tailgate Challenge. Initial results are Commanders $1972, Ravens $692 (and $255 given by the athletically ambivalent) which adds up to $2919 going to the real winners — those suffering from the recent hurricanes who will be helped through the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR).

A big thank you to all who contributed! If you didn’t get a chance to contribute in worship Sunday; do not hesitate to make a difference in “overtime” by contributing even now.
