Children’s Minute
We recently began a new “Children’s Minute” time in our Sunday worship on the 4th Sunday of the month. Children are invited to sit together right up front for the beginning of the service, and receive a short lesson after the Opening Hymn. They then move to Fellowship Hall for the balance of the Worship

Youth Prepare For Thanksgiving
We can be thankful this Thanksgiving for members of our Youth community for giving their time to pack Thanksgiving “baskets” to be distributed to families in need through WUMCO. Thank you as well to all who contributed the basket ingredients, and to Betty King for coordinating the packing effort!

Trunk-or-Treat Huge Success
Poolesville Memorial took a brave step this year in moving Trunk-or-Treat to Whalen Commons and opening it up to the public at large. St. Peters Episcopal Church was invited to join the fun and was faithful to do so. For those who missed out, here are some pictures of the event for you to enjoy.
